Looking backwards, forwards and out

As we move into the final month, we wanted to take a moment to reflect. 2020 held a lot of optimism in the beginning but as we all know, it took a turn for the worst. There has never been a year quite like 2020, and while there has been great sadness and worry, it has also highlighted loneliness within our society. This is something we feel strongly about. Medusa is an open, welcoming space and we hope that if it’s coming for an appointment to popping in just to say hello, you know there will always be a friendly face to greet you. Community spirit is at the heart of what we do (as well as creating great hair). Throughout this year we have supported our hospitality community, provided numerous complimentary appointments to our cherished keyworkers, collaborated with local businesses and we hope we have helped you feel connected. If there is anything else you feel we could do, please always feel free to share this with us.

We took on two new salons this year (looking at you Hanover and Broughton Street!) and while we are growing, know that supporting local is at the heart of everything we do. We have worked closely with The Method, an established brand that began in the heart of Stockbridge and now has a global following. Supporting each other, whether it be in business or pleasure, it is more important than ever before to look out for each other.
